The commission report will allow you to make a reconciliation with agencies and online booking systems (OTA) quickly. Reconciliation can be performed for any period by date of reservation, date of arrival or departure date.

For some systems: Booking.com, Hostelworld and Hostelbookers hotelier may change the commission percentage at his discretion. However, commission report in Bnovo PMS will always be true, because these OTAs are sending the amount of commission directly from their extranets.

Also in the commission report you can see a turnover of each OTA or agency for the selected period.

To build a report select the desired period and tick either all OTA/Agencies or any particular company and then click Filter.

Commission report can be uploaded from the system to an Excel file by clicking the icon to the right of the date selection. More details about reports export can be found in the article.
