Possible mistakes with channel connection

If you see Parameters are not correct. Please, retry or the blank page after clicking Test settings. There can be 3 reasons for this:

1) You didn’t create room types in the extranet of the channel
2) You didn’t create the rate in the extranet of the channel
3) The channel closed the connection. Write or call to this reservation systems
If no reason fits contact Bnovo support

Mistake Parameters are not correct for the system that requires login detail.

If you see Parameters are not correct. Please, retry. or the blank page after clicking Test settings. Make sure that you can enter you extranet with login and password you have typed in, after this try again. If you password has been changed you need to contact to reservation system to renew it.

Mistake Parameters are not correct for Booking.com

If you see Parameters are not correct. Please, retry. or the blank page after clicking Test settings. There can be 3 reasons for this:
1) You didn’t create or didn’t finish creating room types in the extranet of the channel or you are under moderation
2) You didn’t create the rate in the extranet of the channel or you are under moderation
3) The channel closed the connection. Write or call Booking.com

If no reason fits contact Bnovo support
