The payment report consists of three blocks, and allows you to see all the information about cash flows in reservations for the selected period.

The first block is List of payments sorted by status; it distributes payments and refunds depending on reservation status at selected time. In the line New you will see the amount of advances received as services have not yet been rendered. In the Checked-out line the amount of payments and refunds for reservations which was checked out is shown, ie the services have already been rendered. In the line Canceled payments and refunds for canceled reservations, in the line Checked-in cash flow for reservations which are currently stayind in the hotel are shown.

The second block is Statistics on types of payments; it distributes data about payments and refunds depending on the payment method. You can see how much money was received in cash, as well as the amount of payments made by credit cards or by bank transfers, as well as in other ways (through payment systems, etc.).

The third block contains a list of all reservations, in which cash flows were carried out in the selected period. In the right-most column of the table you can see a user who made this financial transaction.
