To specify a link to a reviews page on Booking.com, you need:
- Go to the main page of your hotel at Booking.com, go down the page and click “See all guest reviews”
- After opening a page with reviews, you need to copy the URL up to “html” inclusive.
Copying the URL from the tab “Comments” at the top of the page will not work, since the link will open the main page of the hotel. - The obtained link should be placed at Bnovo PMS interface. For objects with Apartments type link should be placed in Settings > Room types > Edit (in front of the desired category)>Booking.com. For all other types of accommodation facilities link should be placed in Settings > Hote l> Booking.com.
Note that the link to the reviews page can not be formed as long as there are at least 5 reviews about your accommodation facility.
