1. Enter WooDoo page
2. Make sure that in the table My Сhannels you can see reservation system that you want to connect. If not, click here
3. Before beginning the connection you need to check this

1. Enter WooDoo page
2. You will see the table, where you need to type in the login details and password from Orbitz.
   
3. Choose the currency
4. Net percentage – Net rates must be updated with decreased prices: when we send prices for these rates, we need to decrease them depending on the reservation fees you have with Orbitz
5. Click Test Settings
6. On the green field you will see Parameters are correct click Continue

Rooms Association

1. Associate the rooms. Column on the left is you rooms in Orbitz, you need to map them with the right column, the rooms from WuBook
2. Click Save

Rooms: per occupancy prices

In this table we will set the prices for different occupancy. 1PAX means for 1 person and 2PAX for two persons.

1. If you have the same price for 1PAX and 2PAX , choose the same room code, for each PAX
2. If your prices are different. In the column 1PAX choose the room code for single occupancy price and in 2PAX for 2 persons
3. After the association click Save
   

Rooms: static pricing

You can associate static, addons prices for children, additional beds and senior. If you use -1, WooDoo will ignore these values on its updates.

Preferences

1. Choose you main Rate
2. Choose you restriction plan
3. Put the tick in Always honour WuBook Restrictions closed dates
4. Click Save
   
5. Click WooDoo page. You will see twisted gears in front of the channel. This means that the updates, between the channel and WuBook, are transmitted. You need to wait for a few minutes before the channel becomes fully operational.
