- Enter WooDoo page>101Hotel
- Then choose the currency
- Click Detect Rooms
- On the green field you will see Parameters are correct click Continue
If after Detect Rooms you see Parameters are not correct. Please, retry. or blank page of the screen, read here.
Rooms Association
- Associate the rooms. Column on the left is you rooms in 101Hotel, you need to map them with the right column, the rooms from WuBook
- Click Save
You must fill in all the fields, the room codes mustn’t repeat. If you don’t see here all room types created in 101Hotel or you want to add more rooms for sell, click here.
Price per occupancy
In this table we will set the prices for different occupancy. 1PAX means for 1 person and 2PAX for two persons.
If you have the same price for 1PAX and 2PAX , choose the same room code, for each PAX
If your price is different, in the column 1PAX choose the room code for single occupancy price and in 2PAX for 2 persons.
If you see here extra occupancy type or the types that shouldn’t be here or you want to add more room types read here.
You can have two types of connection
- If in Preferences you can manage only one Rate. You miss the second point and move straight to the preferences.
- If in Preferences you can manage several Rates. Than you move straight to the second connection type (see below)
Preferences (1 type of connection)
- Choose the main Rate, which you use in other systems.
- Click WooDoo page. You will see twisted gears in front of the channel. This means that the updates, between the channel and WuBook, are transmitted. You need to wait for a few minutes before the channel becomes fully operational.
You must check the price and availability in 101Hotel after it becomes fully operational. If you see wrong prices or availability please contact support Bnovo.
Rate association (2 type of connection )
After the table Price per occupancy you will see the table Rooms rates association which shows which rooms are applied to certain rate.
Rate association:
- Сhoose the certain rate in the column Rates and certain restriction in the column Restriction.
- Click Save

Preferences
- Put the tick in Always honour WuBook Restrictions closed dates
- Click Save
- Click WooDoo page. You will see twisted gears in front of the channel. This means that the updates between the channel and WuBook, are transmitted. You need to wait for a few minutes before the channel becomes fully operational.
You must check the price and availability in 101Hotel after it becomes fully operational. If you see wrong prices or availability please contact support Bnovo.
If you have 1 type of connection but you want to manage several Rates in 101hotel, you need to do the following:
- Call or write 101hotel
- Ask them to send to WuBook new type of connection API Key 2
- Ask us about the readiness of this connection
- If you were reconnected with new API key 2 , you need to adjust the channel one more time.
