The history report can be built over a period of 3 to 12 months and reflects the monthly values of the main indicators, which can assess the overall effectiveness of the accommodation facilities. Key indicators include: occupancy rate, ADR, RevPAR, and revenue for accommodation and extra services. You will see hotel’s occupancy rate for previous months, ADR (average price per room) and RevPAR (revenue per room), as well as revenues earned for the accommodation services and extra services.
