1. Enter WooDoo page
2. Make sure that in the table My Сhannels you can see reservation system that you want to connect. If not, click here
3. Before beginning the connection you need to check this

1. Enter WooDoo page
   
2. You will see the table, where you need to type in the login details and password from HostelBookers.
3. Choose the currency
4. Click Test Settings
5. On the green field you will see Parameters are correct click Continue

Per person model

In this table you need to choose Price decreasing and availability factor. You can click Auto detect but must check the data next.
Single – Price decreasing = 0, availability factor = 1
Double – Price decreasing = 50, availability = 2
3 person – Price decreasing = 67, availability factor = 3
4 person – Price decreasing = 75, availability = 4

After association click Save

Rooms Association

1. Associate the rooms. Column on the left is you rooms in HostelBookers, you need to map them with the right column, the rooms from WuBook
2. Click Save

Modify Credentials

You can insert new credentials below here and click on Modify credentials to change it.

Preferences

1. Choose you main Rate
2. Choose you restriction plan
3. Put the tick in Always honour WuBook Restrictions closed dates
   To turn on Min stay you need to call HoltelBookers. In this reservation system min.stay period is only 1 day for all the room types. If you would like to sell you rooms without min.stay just don’t turn it on. In case you turn it on you can choose the min stay for one room type or for all you associated categories.
4. Check the currency
   
5. Click Save
6. Сlick WooDoo page. You will see twisted gears in front of the channel. This means that the updates, between the channel and WuBook, are transmitted. You need to wait for a few minutes before the channel becomes fully operational.
   
   You must check the price and availability in Hostel Bookers after it becomes fully operational. If you see wrong prices or availability please contact support Bnovo.
