1. Enter WooDoo page
2. Make sure that in the table Active Сhannels you can see reservation system that you want to connect. If not, click here
3. Before beginning the connection you need to check this

If you were using the old type of connection please follow the instruction from the step 1. If not, just add the channel to WuBook and follow the instruction from the second step.

1. You need to contact your account manager in Hostelworld and ask them to connect you to WuBook Via XML connection.During this, your channel Hostelworld will work in WuBook using the old connection type ( screen scraping). As soon as Hostelworld will confirm the XML connection you will not be able to manage you extranet of Hostelworld. Only WuBook will be able to send any updates.
2. After the XML connection will be active. Click XML WooDoo > HostelWorld.
3. Click Configure XML connection
4. You will see the table, where you need to type in your ID in Hostelworld.
5. Choose the currency
6. Click Test Settings
   
7. On the green field you will see Parameters are correct click Continue
   
   If after Test settings you see Parameters are not correct. Please, retry. This means that you have entered wrong login details or password. Make sure that you can enter the extranet of Hostelworld, and then try again. If you password was changed you need to contact Hostelworld.

Per person model
In this table you need to choose Price decreasing and availability factor. You can click Auto detect but must check the data next.
Single – Price decreasing = 0, availability factor = 1
Double – Price decreasing = 50, availability = 2
3 person – Price decreasing = 67, availability factor = 3
4 person – Price decreasing = 75, availability = 4
After association click Save

Rooms Association

1. Associate the rooms. Column on the left is you rooms in Hostelworld, you need to map them with the right column, the rooms from WuBook
2. Click Save
   

Modify Credentials

You can insert new credentials below here and click on Modify credentials’ to change it. Thus, you will not change the settings of the channel.

Preferences

1. Choose you main Rate
2. Check you currency
   
3. Choose you restriction plan
4. Put the tick in Always honour WuBook Restrictions closed dates
5. Click Save
6. Click WooDoo page. You will see twisted gears in front of the channel. This means that the updates, between the channel and WuBook, are transmitted. You need to wait for a few minutes before the channel becomes fully operational
   
   You must check the price and availability in Hostelworld after it becomes fully operational. If you see wrong prices or availability please contact support Bnovo.
