1. Enter WooDoo page > Hotelbeds
2. Make sure that in the table Active Сhannels you can see reservation system that you want to connect. If not, click here
3. If you need to send the request on the reservation system click here
4. Before beginning the connection you need to check this

For connection you need to do the following:

1. Enter WooDoo page > Hotelbeds
2. You will see the table, where you need to type in the login details and password from Hotel-Inn
3. Choose the currency
4. Choose Module (Compact contracts (recommended))
   
5. Click Test Settings
6. On the green field you will see Parameters are correct click Continue

Rooms Association

1. Associate the rooms. Column on the left is you rooms in Hotelbeds, you need to map them with the right column, the rooms from WuBook
2. If in HotelBeds Room in brackets you see virtual that meant that this room type is set in the extranet of HotelBeds as Virtual. This room must be associated with the Virtual room from WuBook.
   
   The Virtual room is always displayed with red background
   
3. Click Save

Rates Handling

1. In the column pricing choose the certain rate. Bar – is the open price. Thus prices in WuBook must be the same as those in HotelBeds. Fees = 0
   Fit – you can set here WuBook rate with the discount and set Fees=0 , or use the main Rate from WuBook and set the Fees= you commission to HotelBeds
   
2. Click Save

If you updated this information in HotelBeds extranet, please re-configure the channel

Preferences

1. If you have some offline contracts and you want get these reservations, please flag on Enable offline contracts
2. Put the tick in Always honour WuBook Restrictions closed dates
3. Flag this option if you use per-bed model for your rooms. This way, reservations for your HotelBeds rooms will be integrated using the occupancy to decrease room (beds) availability. Be aware you should NOT use this option if you are selling rooms and not beds.
4. Set the currency
   
5. Click Save
6. Click WooDoo page. You will see twisted gears in front of the channel. This means that the updates, between the channel and WuBook, are transmitted. You need to wait for a few minutes before the channel becomes fully operational.
   
   You must check the price and availability in HotelBeds after it becomes fully operational. If you see wrong prices or availability please contact support Bnovo.
