One of the basic concepts of Bnovo PMS is to replace notes at tasks. Writing notes on a reservation is useless information if there is no need to perform any actions related to this reservation.

Guest arrives with a child? Add a task to bring a crib. Your guest is allergic to plants? Add a task to remove flowers from his room. Get rid of useless information, make only specific tasks. It not only saves time, but also helps to improve the quality of service.
