How to change reservations from OTAs on Bnovo PMS?

One of the basic principles of working with online booking systems – it is impossible to change the conditions of the reservation by yourself.

Such a possibility has:

  1. A booked company manager (on request of hotelier)
  2. A guest who made a reservation.

Additionally, the hotel could not ask for a guest to pay in excess of the price for which a reservation has been made.

Guest has an opportunity in system’s extranet:

  • to change booking dates
  • to cancel the reservation

Thus, in order to cancell a reservation in Bnovo PMS, you will need to put a “no-show” in the system’s extranet, and to reduce or to extend the period of the desired reservation you need to contact the representatives of the system and request the necessary changes.

If you have the WuBook online booking form, you have the option to cancel the reservation by yourself in your Wubook account.
