There are several ways to work with the allotments:

1. Close the sale in Channel Manager, when you have the last room and it is placed under allotments.
2. Create fictitious reservations. When you add a fictitious reservations on Planning, you reduce a number of rooms, which is uploaded in the Channel Manager.
3. Create less rooms in the room type, for which allotment is given. In this case, you must create a fictitious room type and not synchronize it with the Channel Manager, in order to add reservations made on allotment to this type.
