If you had used other PMS-system or your own Excel table before Bnovo PMS, you have the option to copy all these reservations to Bnovo PMS. To do this, you must send your request to us on help@bnovo.ru with an attached file with a list of reservations, that were not made through Channel Manager Wubook.
The file must necessarily contain the following information:
- Arrival
- Departure
- Amount for each reservation
- Room type
- Guest name
- Guest surname
You can also upload the following information. Sections below must be in the file, but they are not mandatory to be filled:
- Room
- Source
- Payment
- Payment date
- Phone number
- Comment
As an additional field file may contain a source of reservation (Booking.com, Expedia, etc). In this case, such reservations will be marked with the relevant system icon in Bnovo PMS.
Reservations with specified sources, which are not connected to Wubook (including other online booking engines) will not be marked with system icon, but will be shown as manual reservations.
Reservations imported into Bnovo PMS from an Excel file have the following features:
- Basic rate is indicated as a rate for all bookings
- It is not possible to import a number of staying persons, for all reservations it will be 1
- If the file contains related reservation, they will be imported as individual.
- All cancellations, which will come to these reservations should be monitored and cancelled manually on Bnovo PMS.
- For all reservations as the creation date an import date will be specified. As a result, statistics will be displayed incorrectly on the table Number of days prior to arrival.
File format may differ from the Excel. The only invalid file format — Word.Fields in the file must be arranged in a certain order, that can not be changed.
