You need to check:

1. Do you have a contract rooms? For more information go here
2. Do you have acquiring? (You can withdraw money from the client’s card or tie the money on the card) If you are working with it you need to set the password in WuBok. For more information go here. This password is necessarily for browsing through the client’s credit card details which you will receive with the booking from the reservation system.
3. You need to check the quantity of your rooms set for selling. If the quantity is not right you need to change it via Tabla or Sytar. How to set you rooms for online sell read here.
