Is it possible to delete a reservation from Bnovo PMS?

You can not delete a reservation from Bnovo PMS by yourself. To remove a reservation from the Planning, it is necessary to change the reservation status to Canceled. About where you can change the reservation status you can read in the instruction of the General tab in reservation.

Please note that canceled reservations do not get in reports and in the Arriving, Staying and Departed tabs.

Find a list of all cancellations you can in the tab Cases > Cancellations.

If you still have a need to delete the reservation, email us your request at help@bnovo.ru, the request should contain name of your hotel, and codes of reservations to be removed.
