There are no restrictions on the time of making the payment by the guest in Bnovo PMS. This function is needed for making payments to those reservations, which are not paid in advance, and a guest pays for accommodation after departure. Also, this is useful for hotels that work with legal entities paying for accommodation services upon provision of the service, after receiving a certificate of completion.

In order to keep track of which of your employees has been made a payment, use the change log.

If you want to completely restrict your empoyees the ability to make payments or take other actions in Bnovo PMS, use the function of restricting an access when creating an employee account.
